MICCOLI - the name simply taken from their surname, is a British/Italian band formed after spending most of their childhood in and out of music lessons, recitals, orchestras and choirs. They grew up together in Birmingham, England, where they were influenced by the sounds of Simon and Garfunkel, Don Mclean, The Police, Eros Ramazzotti, Umbertto Tozzi, My Bloody Valentine, Fleetwood Mac and the sounds of Motown, to name but a few of their diverse influences.

The group is a family affair with twin brothers Adriano (vocal and acoustic/electric guitar), Alessio (piano, vocal, and acoustic guitar) and their younger sister Francesca (vocal, piano and harmonica) who over the past few years have toured extensively all over the UK, landing sponsorship deals in both LA and Asia.

This gave them the opportunity to explore their own musical identity and fine tune their live set. This culminated in a mixture of haunting, melodic and eclectic sounds, interlaced with breath-taking harmonies that can only be produced by siblings. Classed as adult alternative/indie band, they write anthemic heartfelt songs that translate well both on a main stage and as an intimate acoustic set.

MICCOLI’s debut album “Arrhythmia” has been a labour of love for the group who were determined to create an album full of hits and no fillers. Uniquely, the album was written, recorded and produced solely by the three siblings on a quiet island off the coast of Penang, Malaysia.  “Arrhythmia” will undoubtedly be a welcomed addition to any music lover’s collection and playlist.
